The prices on our site do not include set-up and delivery as delivery is an added fee based on the distance the event location is from our warehouse in Woodlyn, Pa. We service a wide-range of cities throughout the Pennsylvania Tri-State Area as well as parts of Maryland! From Delaware and Chester County, Pennsylvania to New Castle County, Delaware, we are the go to tent supplier in the area!

All tent rentals are scheduled for delivery the day prior to your actual event with pick up scheduled for the day after. Due to this set-up will not impede on your scheduled event date and you are guaranteed a full 24hrs with our equipment.

We will set-up all equipment some time the day prior to your scheduled event date. Your delivery driver will call to let you know when to expect him on the day of delivery. Accomodations can be considered for delivery windows, though we can not guarantee an exact delivery time.

We accept only Credit Card or Corporate Check payments.

If you need to cancel, deposits are non-refundable, except in the case of bad weather. They can be carried as a credit toward a future event if cancellation is for any other reason. Weather cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours of a scheduled delivery. In the case of inclement weather, all customers must cancel  24hr in advance to the delivery date of the event. If cancellation is made after that window the deposit will not be refunded, and may not be carried toward a future event. In cases of strong winds we reserve the right to cancel events in the interest of our customers' safety. Orders cancelled by us can be rescheduled or refunded per customer request.

Yes, all orders require a 50% Credit Card deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable except in cases of bad weather. If you are cancelling for any other reason you deposit can be kept as a rain check on your account with no expiration to be used for a future rental.

We offer multiple different tent configurations including: 20' x 20', 20' x 40', and 20' x 60' Tents!

As of now we only accept grass set-ups!
